Before you make a reservation, you must read, understand, and accept the Terms and Conditions. Reservations are made via the internet using our reservation service.
The trip can be one-way two-way and several times a day.
Transport
Private transfers include car, van, mini bus and bus.

Online reservation
A person who wishes to book must be over 18 years of age
Booking is done online, filling in all necessary forms.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the service. Exceptionally, the service can be booked within 12 hours, but you must contact us and first receive an email approval.
The person entering the data is responsible for their validity. The transferring company is not responsible for the incorrect or untrusted data.
The person entering the group information accepts the terms on behalf of the entire group and is responsible for the entire group.
The transfer service provider does not have to accept the reservation. If the reservation is accepted, the user will receive the confirmation by e-mail.
The Customer’s responsibility is to review the Confirmation and report any errors or errors to our Customer Service in writing, preferably by e-mail.
Changes in booking and cancellation
The user can change the booking information at any time. There are no additional fees for that.
The user can cancel the reservation at any time. Free cancellation is possible 24 hours prior to the transfer, after which a full transfer service is charged.
Security Issues
All vehicles used for transfers are licensed to be properly inspected and secured in accordance with the laws of the country in which the transaction is provided.
Passenger insurance is included in the transfer price.
Responsibility
The transfer service provider is obliged to perform all services responsibly and professionally, in accordance with the laws of the country in which the services are provided.
The transfer company is not responsible for delays in arrival or departure caused by unpredictable circumstances such as traffic jams, bad weather conditions, floods, storms, fires and so on, and is not obligatory to compensate travelers.
In the event that the client is not able to contact our driver at the agreed place within the agreed deadline, the client is obliged to contact our call center as soon as possible on +385 95 5500014 where he will receive additional instructions.

The transfer service provider company can not guarantee the exact transfer time. All travel data is just an estimate. Clients who continue to travel by other means of transportation should leave enough time between the transfer and the departure time of another means of transport.
In the event that the selected vehicle type is not available for any reason, the transfer provider may transfer it by another suitable vehicle.
The transfer service provider is obliged to consider all complaints and make a decision on them within 30 days.
All issues will be tried to settle by an agreement outside the court.
All disputes will be before the Court in Croatia.
